Most notably, 2025 marked a major structural evolution with the integration of Saba Group as of 1 October 2025, reshaping the Group’s footprint across Europe and Chile.
This integration expanded Interparking’s scope and scale, reinforcing its ambition to deliver high-quality, sustainable parking and mobility solutions while remaining firmly focused on long-term value creation. With a broader presence, enhanced expertise and complementary know-how, the Group is strengthening its role in supporting cities, motorists, electric vehicle users, local authorities and partners.
